Payment Plans

Choosing the best way to pay
After your teeth have been examined and a treatment plan has been agreed, you'll be given a written estimate of the cost of the work to be done.

Our normal procedure is to encourage payment of the fees at the beginning of treatment or in stages through the treatment. People seem to like this because it avoids any big bills at the end.

Patients can choose to pay by cash or cheque preferably, but we also accept credit card payments.

Alternatively, you can join one of our Mead Dental Health Plans. A monthly direct debit covers your check-ups and hygienist visits, all other treatment is discounted by 10%. Ask in the practice for further information.

For our under-18 year old patients we have our Junior Care Plan, (pdf file) with all the budgeting and insurance benefits of the adult plan (a simple fall can cause damage to growing teeth that can be expensive to rectify). We also have specially reduced fees for children if you would rather pay-as-you-go.

PDF files can be read with the free Acrobat Reader. To install this follow the link: Get Acrobat Reader

If you are worried about the cost of dental treatment or find any point about charges difficult to understand, please let us know.
